"I Specifically purchased Wireless ACCESS points, not ROUTERS. I specified by Model Number. They shipped the wrong item anyway. I contacted them and they tried to tell me the wrong one was better, asked me to keep it anyway. No, I want ACCESS Points, not routers. Cost me 20$ to ship it back. They did not credit me for the shipping. That was their error not mine. Ughh. Amateurs."

"DO NOT USE! I ordered a camera battery, they shipped me a camera battery charger. I returned it but I had to pay the shipping both times (their policy). So I was shipped the WRONG item (their mistake) and they refunded the purchase price but I am out $10 for shipping and they refused to pay for me to ship it back. Ridiculous."

"The seller didn't even have the item they advertised. I ordered a travel charger for my Sony battery. They advertised the item using its picture and description and then shipped a different charger (larger, with a messy cord, and slower to charge). I asked them if they had the item they advertised and they told me to just send the charger back. They still haven't refunded the rush shipping cha"

"It takes 1 week to ship a package to Eastern Europe, but after 3 weeks I still don't have my adapter. I ended up buying another one from Newegg, because I can't use my laptop."

"They sent us a different version pf PC adaptor with limited functions. I wonder why they sent us a cheaper AC adaptor. The compatibility with my PC is unknown. I am afraid there would be some electronical trouble."

"Seller shipped only part of the order. The battery charger arrived, but without the auto adapter that was advertised with it. Seller has not answered email attempts. Past feedback demonstrates previous problems with this seller. I would recomend that Amazon drop this seller before they ruin your reputation."

"This seller falsely advertised what was included with the product. When I did not receive all of the components (the adapters, which is why I ordered it), there only solution was to tell me these were not included. I followed up w/ a screen shot of the product picture, the product title & the product details, all of which stating the adapters where included, the response was to return it."

"Item arrived quickly but was not what I ordered. This was actually a WPN111. It is comparable but still the wrong item. Also, this was supposed to be brand new, however, it did not come in the original packaging, there was no driver disk and for some reason the serial number was marked out. Please advertise your items more accuratly in the future."

"The adapter was clearly a refurbished unit (had the adapter end replaced) and the repair was poor. The added soldering wasn't done well and it broke loose. It is not usable."

"They had my wrong shipping address, then when I received my product it was broken. I sent it back for a refund and I was not refuned the full amount, and they did not refund me for the return shipping. I am extremely unhappy with the service."

"TERRIBLE seller and a complete joke. I ordered a NEW Sony BC-TRG travel charger for my camera. United Sales.joke sent me a USED BC-CSG charger and at first tried to tell me the items are the same thing and then basically told me tough you know what. I could return it on MY dime if I wanted. What a fraud. I paid the price for a new item and get sent a used cheap piece of junk. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"
